It is possible to flexibly delegate administrator rights to other users so that they can administer all or selected groups of the system’s users. You can grant administrative rights to as many users as you want in the system.
Unlimited space means that you can put as much material as you want in your GO+ platform without worrying about it. We don’t limit the amount of space you need for your courses and training material.
500 END USERS
The basic version of GO+ includes up to 500 active users within the platform. You can easily scale up your subscription plan when you need to add more users.
GO+ is fully white-labelled and design adjustments will be made to fit your graphic profile. We want GO+ to be a seamless add-on in your existing digital workspace.
For successful digital learning, we need to reach users on their terms. This means that shorter courses are often preferred. Sometimes a video or a PDF is enough. With GO+ you can easily share files, videos and podcasts, and track who has accessed them. You can also create quizzes and surveys directly in the platform.
Set up rules for automatic notifications to your users. You can notify them when new content becomes available, or set rules for automatic reminders to different target groups if they have not completed a course within a given time interval.
EXTERNAL / INTERNAL USERS
The flexible user management in GO+ makes it possible to manage different target groups from the same portal and control which groups should see which material. This lets you manage both internal and external users, for example your employees and customers, using the same solution.

ILT CLASSROOM MODULE
Administer instructor-led activities in your platform directly by setting up different course dates. You can do this in the form of individual Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses, or in combination with digital modules such as blended learning.
Let the end users choose their preferred language for the user interface, by using the language module in GO+. You set which of the available languages should be active in your portal. The following languages are available: English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Finnish, French and Italian.
EXTERNAL COURSE LISTING
GO+ includes an option to make courses available to the public without any login at all. With this feature you can choose which courses should be available externally in a completely public list of courses, and add direct links to individual courses if you wish. The system then provides statistics on how many times your different courses have been accessed and whether the users have completed the whole course or not.
With our SMS module you can choose to send invitations, reminders and messages to your users via SMS in the same way as you otherwise send emails.
With our self-registration module you can create custom pages that allow end users to create their own accounts and so gain access to your platform. You decide what information they need to enter in the registration form.
With the REST API available for GO+, you can synchronise user data and statistics with your other IT systems. The price includes access to our existing API, described in separate documentation. We activate the solution on our site and support you with authentication between the systems. The price includes 4 half-hour web meetings for reconciliation and guidance with one of our implementation specialists. If additional configuration assistance or customisation is needed, it will be charged according to the applicable consulting tariff.
